Client Name hereby accepts to engage Artist Name to provide professional makeup services for their wedding on Date of Wedding. Artist Name agrees to perform these services in a professional and timely manner, using high-quality products suitable for bridal makeup.

The total fee for the bridal makeup service is Amount which is split into two payments. The client agrees to pay the full amount as stated above.
